Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests frequently praise the spacious rooms and bathrooms, some featuring walk-in showers and roll-top baths, not to mention the convenience of tea and coffee making facilities. The Mayflower's location is ideal, placing you within a short walk of both the quay and the historic town center. Many have enjoyed the food, particularly the burgers, and the breakfast, with its generous selection; however, a few guests have noted extractor fan noise in some rooms. The beer garden also stands out as a lovely, spacious feature.

Average Stay, Some Issues Noted

dirty bathroom bright exit light
The room I occupied was not up to standard. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was visible dirt on surfaces. A bright exit light cast a glow throughout the room at night. It certainly disrupted my sleep and affected the overall quality of my stay.
